Clear design, innovative technology: Dornbracht presents new kitchen sinks in brushed stainless steel

Iserlohn, 11 February 2025

The new stainless steel basins from Dornbracht combine perfect proportions with functionality, precision, and the best material quality. In addition to the uncompromising design, the innovative drain system, which can be operated in different ways depending on preference and space, is particularly impressive. The sinks are available in different versions and sizes.

High quality and easy to clean
The matte stainless steel finish is characterised by a soft brushing structure that encourages water to run off quickly. This is due to the sisal fibres used for brushing: The robust natural fibres are obtained from the sisal agave and have unsurpassed mechanical properties. The result is an easy-care surface, with the 15 mm corner and base radius making cleaning even easier.

Innovative drain valve
In addition to the design and surface structure, the excellent drainage behaviour is particularly striking: the concealed drain valve with a strainer at the bottom, which is only removed from the bowl for cleaning purposes, forms a single unit with the sink – both when open and closed. It is operated either via a pull knob next to the tap or by means of an electric drain and overflow set with an overflow cap. The choice depends entirely on personal preference and individual space conditions.

Different variants and sizes
The new stainless steel sinks are available in several versions – as a single undermounted sink in five different sizes (400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 550mm, and 710mm), as a double undermounted sink in 2 x 400mm, and as a flush-mounted or surface-mounted single sink in 550mm.
