Expansion of Management – Dornbracht Strengthens Executive Level

Christian Ennenbach (53) brings with him extensive expertise from international medium-sized companies. Most recently, he was Vice President Operations at Haworth Europe SE, an international furniture manufacturer from the USA. With extensive experience, particularly in the areas of finance, operations and supply chain, his core competence lies in the strategic focus and efficient management of companies.

The tasks of the Dornbracht management are structured as follows: Christian Ennenbach is responsible for Finance, Controlling, Operations with Purchasing, Production and Supply Chain as well as IT. His aim is to accelerate the structural alignment of the organization, processes and systems towards global growth and operational excellence.

Caroline Schmitt is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Product Development and Human Resources & Corporate Culture. She will continue to strengthen the brand and the product portfolio, promote personnel development and expand the international presence through an efficient sales organization. Caroline Schmitt remains Spokesperson of the Management Board.

“As a proven management expert, Christian Ennenbach will primarily support us in the development of our business processes, whereby his extensive experience of KPI-based corporate management is particularly valuable to us,” explains Caroline Schmitt. “We are delighted that he will play an active role in shaping our growth strategy.”

By expanding the management team, Dornbracht is sending a clear signal for growth, further professionalization and targeted strategic development. The shareholders are convinced that this appointment will sustainably strengthen the company’s future viability.

The new Managing Director will take up his position on 20 January 2025 and will work closely with the existing management and leadership.

Review of 2024: Dornbracht sets standards in wellness and sustainability
2024 was a year full of highlights for Dornbracht: With the Aquahalo and Serenity Sky experience showers, the company set new standards for holistic relaxation and strengthened its expertise in the spa sector. The opening of a new showroom in Milan’s Brera design district offered visitors the opportunity to experience innovative products up close. In addition, the Dornbracht ReCrafted sustainability program was awarded the German Sustainability Award – a milestone for resource-conserving design. Dornbracht can look back on a successful year and remains true to its vision: to integrate moments of regeneration into everyday life.

Outlook for 2025: Tailor-made design solutions from a quantity of one
2025 is an anniversary year for the company: for 75 years, Dornbracht has stood for pioneering design and excellent manufacturing quality “Made in Germany”. Proven design principles, combined with manufacturing that unites state-of-the-art production technologies and precise craftsmanship, are the basis for long-lasting products of exceptional aesthetics and quality.

Dornbracht has been using this expertise for a long time to develop and implement tailor-made, individualized design solutions with a dedicated department within the company. This know-how forms the basis for the future focus in this area and is one of the central themes for Dornbracht this year.
